In this role, you’ll play a critical part in patient care, managing anesthesia before, during, and after surgeries, while working closely with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or local) to patients undergoing surgeries and medical procedures
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient safety
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to plan and execute safe surgical procedures
  • Provide pain management during labor, post-operative care, and for chronic conditions
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and discuss anesthesia plans and risks with patients and their families
  • Oversee patient recovery from anesthesia and provide post-operative care
  • Keep accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring documentation of all anesthesia-related procedures
  • Stay current on advancements in anesthesiology to provide the highest quality care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Anesthesiology
  • Active state medical license
  • Expertise in administering and managing anesthesia for various medical procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining patient focus
